Therapy for Individuals and Their Relationships
Welcome!
My approach to therapy is rooted in lived experience. I believe that childhood, culture, and societal narratives shape how we relate to ourselves and the world, often convincing us of stories about who we are that may not be true. These experiences do not define us, and moments of pain can reveal our soft spots and opportunities to build strength.
I work with individuals navigating grief, relationships, and major life transitions, with a particular focus on how trauma shapes coping, including self-critical stories and patterns of avoidance. My work is grounded in openness and partnership, creating a space that is genuine, respectful, and sometimes spiced with humor. Together, we will build tolerance for difficult emotions, explore challenges with greater awareness, and find practical ways to move forward.
In my work with couples, I help partners turn toward each other rather than away by building connection through curiosity, not criticism. Whether you’re in a new relationship seeking tools to grow together or in a longer one looking to reconnect, we’ll explore what each of you brings into the dynamic. Every relationship holds a past that shapes it, a present that challenges it, and a future that offers hope. Together, we’ll deepen your understanding of these layers while building tolerance for discomfort, so you can respond to one another with greater care, intention, and love.
Let’s begin.
