Welcome!

Life has a way of teaching us profound lessons, and my path to becoming a therapist later in life has given me a deep well of courage, resilience, hope, and maturity to bring to my work. Like many of you, I’ve navigated complex relationships and challenging moments, and I understand what it’s like to feel stuck—whether in a relationship, your career, or life itself.

The good news? No matter how difficult things feel right now, you’re not defeated. What we all need is a caring, collaborative relationship to help us pick up the pieces and take real, practical steps forward. That’s exactly what I offer in my therapy practice.

I work with individuals from all walks of life, and my training in psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral approaches allows me to provide compassionate, personalized care that honors your unique story. I believe our childhood experiences, cultural narratives, and societal messages shape how we see ourselves and the world—sometimes leading us to believe stories about ourselves that simply aren’t true. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore and challenge these narratives, fostering deeper self-understanding and lasting healing.

Healing happens through connection, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way. In the supportive, nonjudgmental environment we build together, you’ll learn to face obstacles, express your emotions, and feel empowered to create the changes you’re seeking.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the first step together.
